4 H-E-B Eggs, beaten
1/4 c. H-E-B MooTopia 2% Milk
8 slices H-E-B Bake Shop French Toast Bread
4 Tbsp. H-E-B Butter
1/2 c. H-E-B Powdered Sugar
1 c. Hill Country Fare Pancake Syrup
Combine the eggs and milk in a shallow bowl and stir with a fork until well blended.
Dip each slice of the H-E-B Bake Shop French Toast into the egg mixture and allow the egg
mixture to soak in on both sides. Set the soaked French Toast on a baking sheet.
Heat a large pancake griddle or skillet over Medium heat for 3 minutes. Add 2 Tablespoons
of butter and melt. Fry 4 slices at a time for 1 1/2 minutes per side. Add the remaining 2
Tablespoons of butter and fry remaining 4 slices.
Top the French Toast with powdered sugar and syrup. Enjoy.
