1 package H-E-B pie dough
4 Tbsp. butter
6 Granny Smith apples
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. lemon zest
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. nutmeg
8 salted caramel candies, chopped
Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a muffin tin with
nonstick cooking spray.
