1 lb. skirt steak, thinly sliced like stir-fry

2 Tbsp. chopped fresh thyme

1 Tbsp. ground coriander

2 Tbsp. chopped garlic

1 pt. white button mushrooms, quartered

1 tsp. salt


Preheat a medium sauté pan on Medium-High. Add oil and beef, cook 5 minutes. Add re
maining ingredients and cook 10 minutes on High heat.
