1 lb. Extra Lean Ground Beef (90% lean)
1/2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. dried basil
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
4 cloves garlic, crushed
1/4 tsp. each salt and pepper
6 crackers, finely crushed
1 egg, beaten
Heat oven to 350°F.
Line a baking sheet with foil (shiny side down).
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl until evenly mixed.
Form into 1 1/2-inch balls using 2 Tablespoons beef mixture per meatball.
Place meatballs on baking sheet allowing 1-inch space in between for even cooking.
Bake 20 minutes on center rack. Meatballs will brown and will not need to be turned.
