1 lb. flank steak

2 Tbsp. Adams Reserve Steak Au Poivre Rub

2 Tbsp. olive oil

1/2 c. Global Palate Thai Red Curry Sauce

1 Tbsp. fresh mint, chopped


Toss meat with rub and oil; set aside.
Heat a large skillet over Medium-High. Sauté steak 3 minutes on each side or until
just tender.
Add curry sauce, heat 30 seconds, remove from heat and top with mint.
Serve and Enjoy!
