Ingredients

1/2 c. + 2 Tbsp. Green Valley Ranch Reserve Smokehouse Marinade, divided

1 lemon, juiced

1 gallon size H-E-B Tough & Easy Zipper Bag

1 lb. pork tenderloin

• non-stick cooking spray

Directions


Combine 1/2 cup marinade and lemon juice in zipper bag. Add pork tenderloin, seal, and tur
n to coat. Marinate in refrigerator 30-60 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350°F. Coat a casserole dish with nonstick spray.
Remove tenderloin from bag and place in casserole dish; bake 25 minutes or until a thermom
eter reaches 145°F.
Brush pork with remaining 2 Tablespoons marinade. Enjoy!
