Ingredients

1 c. H-E-B 100% Whole Wheat Penne Pasta, Uncooked

1 c. H-E-B Champagne Sweet Tomatoes, washed and halved

2 c. H-E-B Baby Spinach

2 Tbsp. H-E-B Basil Pesto

1/4 c. H-E-B Parmesan Cheese, Grated (Optional)

Directions


Prepare pasta according to package instructions.
While pasta cooks, remove any long stems from spinach.
When pasta is done, drain pasta well and empty into medium-sized mixing bowl. Toss with to
matoes, spinach, and pesto.
Portion into serving bowls and top with a tablespoon of Parmesan cheese if desired.
