Ingredients

4 slices H-E-B 100% Whole Wheat with Honey Bread, toasted

2 Tbsp. H-E-B Buttermilk Ranch Dressing

4 slices H-E-B Maple Turkey Bacon, cooked

8 H-E-B Angel Sweet Tomatoes, halved

1 pkg. (10 oz.) H-E-B Baby Spinach

1 small Haas Avocado, cut into chunks

4 wooden skewers

Directions


Trim crust and spread one side of each slice of toast with ranch dressing, then cut into f
ourths.
Cut each slice of bacon into four equal pieces.
On each skewer, layer bread, bacon, tomato, spinach and avocado. Repeat until ingredients
are evenly distributed.
