1/4 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. ground mustard
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
4 (4 oz.) Wild Alaskan Salmon Filets
1 tsp. Hill Country Fare Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Line a sheet pan with foil and
coat with non-stick spray.
In a small bowl, mix chili powder, mustard, cinnamon and brown sugar.
Place filets on prepared pan, rub with oil and cover with spice mixture.
Bake 10-12 minutes, until center is medium rare, or to personal preference.
