Ingredients

4 H-E-B Fiesta Jalapeno Salmon Burgers

1 can (12 oz.) pineapple chunks in their own juice, drained

1/2 c. diced bell peppers

1/2 c. Texas on the Plate Chipotle Chile Ketchup

• hamburger buns

Directions


Preheat oven to 400°F. Place salmon burgers on a foil lined baking sheet, and roast 15
minutes.
Meanwhile, sauté pineapple, peppers and Chipotle Chile Ketchup 5 minutes in a small
sauté pan.
Place mixture on top of salmon burgers and serve on toasted hamburger buns.
