1/4 c. pickled jalapenos, drained, chopped

6 oz. H-E-B Low Fat Whipped Cream Cheese

1 lbs. H-E-B Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts

* pepper


Preheat oven to 400°F; line a baking sheet with foil.
Combine jalapeños and cream cheese in a mixing bowl. Set aside.
Butterfly each breast to make a pocket. Fill with 1/4 cream cheese mixture.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Bake 30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
