Almond Parmesan Crusted Chicken
* nonstick cooking spray
1 c. H-E-B Real Egg
1 1/2 c. almonds, finely chopped
1/2 c. H-E-B Parmesan Cheese
1 Tbsp. H-E-B Texas Originals Chicken Fajita Seasoning
4 H-E-B Natural Bonless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
1 tsp. salt
Preheat oven to 375°F. Prepare
baking sheet with non-stick cooking
spray. Set aside.
Create a dredging station with a
shallow bowl with real egg and a second
shallow bowl with
a mixture of almonds,
cheese, and fajita seasoning.
Take one chicken breast at a time and
coat in egg, and then dredge in almond
evenly and place on
Bake 20 minutes, or until juices run
clear. Salt and pepper to taste.
