1 pkg. H-E-B Frozen Rhubarb

1 c. brown sugar substitute

1 lb. turkey tenderloin

6 slices Central Market Apple Cinnamon Uncured Bacon


Preheat oven to 350°F. Place cranberries and rhubarb in a 9x13 baking dish and sprinkl
e with brown sugar substitute.
Evenly wrap tenderloin with bacon. Place over cranberries and rhubarb.
Baked uncovered about 45 minutes or until internal temperature of turkey reaches 165°F
