Cranberry and Walnut Pork Roast
• non-stick cooking spray
1/2 c. H-E-B Whipped Low Fat Cream Cheese
1/4 c. H-E-B Dried Cranberries
1/4 c. walnut pieces
4 pork top round Milanesa cutlets
* ground black pepper
* H-E-B More Fruit Raspberry Fruit Spread
Preheat oven to 350°F. Heat a large
oven-safe skillet over Medium heat and
non-stick cooking spray.
While pan heats, mix cream cheese,
dried cranberries, and walnuts in
a small mixing bowl.
