Ingredients

1 Tbsp. canola oil

1 c. chopped yellow onion

1.5 lbs. H-E-B 90% Lean Ground Beef

1/4 tsp. H-E-B Kosher Salt

1/4 tsp. black pepper

1/2 tsp. Central Market Dried Thyme

1/2 c. H-E-B Reduced Sodium Beef Broth

1 bag (16 oz.) frozen H-E-B Mixed Vegetables

2 c. prepared complete instant mashed potatoes

Directions


Preheat oven to 400°F.
Heat oil in a large saucepan over Medium heat. Add onion and sauté until soft.
Add ground beef and cook until beef is no longer pink. Season with salt, pepper, and thyme
.
Stir in beef broth and frozen vegetables. Lower heat and cover saucepan until vegetables a
re warmed through.
Pour beef mixture into a deep 9x13-inch baking dish.
Spread mashed potatoes over beef mixture, leaving peaks in the mashed potatoes.
Bake 10 minutes or until potato peaks are golden brown. Allow 5 minutes to cool before ser
ving.
