1/2 lb. (8 oz.) Central Market Organics Whole Wheat Gemelli Pasta
1 Tbsp. H-E-B Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 small onion, diced
1 c. H-E-B Frozen Peas & Carrots
1 pkg. (15 oz.) soft tofu, drained

1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
1/4 c. H-E-B 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/4 tsp. garlic powder

In a large pot bring 2 quarts of water to
a boil. Stir in pasta and cook 10 minutes or

Drain pasta and add to skillet. Toss to
combine onions; add peas and carrots.
While peas and carrots warm through,
place tofu, salt, pepper, Parmesan, and

Once peas and carrots have cooked,
add cream cheese to skillet and toss until
tofu mixture and combine well.
Allow to thicken 2 - 3 minutes and serve.
