1 c. zuchinni, sliced thin
1 c. mushrooms, sliced

1/2 c. H-E-B Kalamata Olives, sliced (optional)
1/4 c. H-E-B Basil Pesto
1/4 c. H-E-B Parmesean Cheese, shredded
2 Tbsp. parsley, optional garnish
Cook pasta according to directions
Meanwhile, coat a skillet with oil and
sauté zucchini and mushrooms over

When pasta is al dente, drain and
