Ingredients

1 c. Central Market Low Sodium Chicken Broth

1 cntr. (4 oz.) fat free plain greek yogurt

1 bag (16 oz.) H-E-B Frozen Mixed Vegetables

1/2 c. chopped onion

2 c. cooked chopped roasted turkey

• black pepper

8 canned buttermilk biscuits

Directions


Heat oven to 375°F. Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
Combine chicken broth, yogurt, mixed vegetables, onion and turkey in prepared baking dish.
Season to taste with black pepper.
Cover dish with a paper towel and microwave on High 6 minutes, stirring once halfway throu
gh cooking time.
Place buttermilk biscuits on top of hot filling. Bake uncovered on center oven rack 15 min
utes or until biscuits are golden brown.
Cool 5 minutes before serving.
