Thin Crust Spinach & Feta Pizza

1 H-E-B Whole Wheat 12" Pizza Crust
1/4 c. H-E-B Pizza Sauce
1 c. H-E-B Reduced Fat Crumbled Feta Cheese
1 Tbsp. H-E-B Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 bag (9 oz.) H-E-B Baby Spinach, thinly sliced
2 c. thin sliced mushrooms
1 c. chopped yellow onion
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper (optional)
Heat oven to 425°F. Line a large baking
sheet with foil, and place pizza crust on
ared baking sheet.
Spread pizza sauce on crust. Sprinkle
with 1/2 cup feta cheese and set aside.
Combine olive oil, spinach, mushrooms,
onion and crushed red pepper, if desired,
microwave safe bowl. Cover with
plastic wrap, microwave on High 1 minute,
