Skinny Chocolate Pie Cups

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. semisweet chocolate chips

1 pkg. (12 oz.) silken tofu or medium soft tofu

1 Tbsp. Central Market Pure Maple Syrup

1 tsp. vanilla extract

1 c. H-E-B Frozen Raspberries

1/2 c. sugar substitute

1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs

Directions


Place chocolate chips in a medium bowl and microwave 1 minute or until melted. Stir.
In a food processor, add melted chocolate, tofu, syrup, and vanilla. Process until smooth,
scraping the sides as necessary.
Add berries and sugar; process until smooth. Place in small cups and top with graham crack
er crumbs.
