Yogurt and Ginger Snap Coated Pears
1 c. low fat vanilla flavored yogurt
2 lg. pears, sliced
1 c. H-E-B Ginger Snaps, crumbled
Place yogurt and pears in a gallon-size zipper bag. Toss until well coated.
Place crumbled ginger snaps in a shallow bowl or pie pan. Add a few pear slices at a time
and toss until well coated.
Place coated pear slices on a lined baking sheet and freeze 1 hour or until ready to eat.
