Mustard Green Veggie Wraps with Hoisin Sauce
1 bunch mustard greens
2 red bell peppers, sliced
1 English cucumber, cut into sticks
2 c. H-E-B Green Beans, lightly steamed
1 c. broccoli slaw mix
• hoisin dipping sauce
Wash and separate mustard greens into individual leaves (they will act as the wrap).
Wash and prepare vegetables.
Fill mustard green leaves with 3 to 4 slices red pepper, 1 to 2 sticks cucumber, and green
beans. Sprinkle with broccoli slaw mix.
Roll the mustard greens as you would a tortilla wrap.
Serve with hoisin dipping sauce.
