1 small onion, chopped
1 small green pepper, chopped
1/4 c. H-E-B Butter
1 can H-E-B Gold & White Whole Kernel Corn
1 can H-E-B Cream Style Corn
1 pkg. Honey Sweet Cornbread Mix
2 c. 2% grated cheddar cheese, divided
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a large skillet, sauté onions and green pepper in butter. Set aside.
Meanwhile, in a large mixing bowl, mix corn, cornbread mix and eggs; add sautéed on
ions and green pepper mix and 1 cup grated cheese; stir.
Pour mixture into a 9" x 13" inch ungreased pan. Sprinkle remaining cheese over mixture. B
ake 35 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
