Sweet Potato Fruit Dip

1 large sweet potato

3/4 c. H-E-B Unsweetened Applesauce

1/2 c. walnuts

4 pitted dates, diced

1 tsp. cinnamon

1/2 tsp. nutmeg

1/4 c. flavored vanilla yogurt


Remove skin of sweet potato and poke holes in sweet potato. Microwave on high 8 minutes or
until soft. In a large mixing bowl, mash potato until smooth. Mix in remaining ingredient
Dip apples or other fruits and veggies of choice.
