4 bulbs beets, peeled and sliced, with stems and leaves
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp. H-E-B Olive Oil
1/2 c. blackberries
2 Tbsp. honey goat cheese, crumbled
Sauté sliced beets and garlic in olive oil in a large skillet on medium high heat u
ntil tender. Add leaves and stems. Sauté an additional 2 minutes. Remove from heat
and place on a serving platter.
Garnish with blackberries and cheese. Serve.
