Ingredients

1 box (13.25 oz.) H-E-B Pasta

2 Tbsp. H-E-B Olive Oil

1 1/2 c. cauliflower, chopped

1 1/2 c. cherry tomatoes, halved

1 c. blueberries

2 tsp. lemon juice

3 Tbsp. white balsamic vinegar

1/2 tsp. garlic powder

1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes

Directions


Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and place in a large bowl. Toss with oli
ve oil to prevent sticking.
Combine pasta, cauliflower, tomatoes, and blueberries. Drizzle with lemon juice, balsamic
vinegar, and seasonings. Chill until ready to serve.
Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve cold.
