Ingredients

3 links Market Fresh Chicken Sausage

1 box (13.25 oz.) H-E-B 100% Whole Wheat Elbow Pasta

1 tsp. H-E-B Olive Oil

1 1/2 c. fresh cauliflower, chopped

1 1/2 c. cherry tomatoes, halved

3/4 c. green bell pepper, chopped

• salt & pepper

1 Tbsp. lemon juice

4 Tbsp. H-E-B Balsamic Vinegar

1/2 c. H-E-B 2% Milk Colby Jack Shredded Cheese

Directions


Cook sausage in 1/2 inch water in covered skillet over medium high heat 10 minutes; turn s
ausage; cook an additional 10 minutes until temperature reaches at least 160°F. Remove
sausage from pan, cool and cut into cubes.
While sausage is cooking, cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and toss with
olive oil to prevent sticking.
In a large bowl, combine pasta, cauliflower, tomatoes, bell pepper, sausage, and salt and
pepper to taste. Drizzle with lemon juice and balsamic vinegar. Sprinkle cheese on top. Co
ver and chill 30 minutes.
Serve cold.
