Ingredients

1 lb. lean ground beef

1/2 onion, diced

1/2 can H-E-B Pinto Beans, rinsed and drained

1/2 can H-E-B Whole Kernel Corn, drained

1 Tbsp. chopped cilantro

1/2 tsp. ground cumin

1 egg

1 tsp. salt

• hamburger buns, avocado, jalapeños, lettuce, tomato, or salsa, as desired

Directions


In large bowl, combine beef, onion, corn, pinto beans, cilantro, cumin, egg and salt. Form
mixture into 4 equal patties.
Heat grill to high. Grill patties about 6 minutes per side or until fully cooked.
Place burgers on buns. Top with sliced avocado, jalapeños and other garnishes as de
sired.
