1 lb. lean ground beef or chicken
1/4 c. mole
• whole wheat hamburger buns
1 c. H-E-B Oaxaca Cheese, sliced
• pico de gallo and other condiments, as desired
In a large bowl, combine beef or chicken and mole. Form mixture into 4 equal patties.
Heat grill to high. Grill patties about 6 minutes per side or until fully cooked.
Place on hamburger buns. Top with cheese and condiments.
