Pistachio Gorgonzola Chicken Burger
1 lb. H-E-B Ground Chicken
1/4 c. pistachios, chopped
1/3 c. Gorgonzola
1/4 c. dried strawberries, finely chopped
1 pkg. butter leaf lettuce
• sliced cucumber
In large bowl, combine chicken, pistachios, Gorgonzola, and dried strawberries. Form mixtu
re into 4 equal patties.
Heat grill to high. Place patties on grill. Cook about 6 minutes per side or until fully c
ooked through. Exact cooking times will depend on heat of grill/pan as well as thickness o
f chicken burger.
Serve burgers in lettuce wrap, top with cucumbers and your favorite salad dressing.
