Smoked Salmon Crostini with Mozzarella and Red Onion

1 pkg. mozzarella fresca slices

1 pkg. Royal Fjord Smoked Salmon Herbed Rounds

1 bottle H-E-B Basting Oil

1 scratch Ciabatta baguette

1/2 red onion, finely chopped


Marinate mozzarella slices in basting oil.
Cut baguette into 1/4 inch slices and toast in oven.
Place mozzarella slice on top of toasted baguette.
Curl half of the salmon round and place on top of mozzarella. Garnish with chopped onion.
