Pulled Pork, Guacamole and Cotija Cheese on a Sweet Potato Chip

3 lb. pork shoulder
1 lb. guacamole
1 c. Cotija cheese
1 jar H-E-B That Green Sauce
1 bag Central Market Sweet Potato Chips
• garlic, salt and pepper
Rub pork with garlic, salt and pepper.
Roast pork in the oven at 250°F for 6 hours.
Shred pork and mix in That Green Sauce.
Top sweet potato chips with pork, guacamole and Cotija.
