1 lb. lean ground beef
• hamburger buns
2 pounds tart apples
1/2 c. blue cheese dressing
2 - 3 oz. blue cheese (optional)
1 small bag fresh spinach leaves
Form ground beef into 4 equal patties.
Remove core and seeds from apple. Slice apple crosswise into thin rounds.
Heat grill to high. Grill patties about 6 minutes per side or until fully cooked. While gr
illing patties, grill apple rounds until golden brown.
Spread dressing over buns and crumble blue cheese if desired.
Place burgers on buns and top with grilled apple slices and spinach leaves.
