Soppin' Bugers with Green Chile Mayo
2 lb. ground beef
2 Tbsp. Adams Reserve Peppercorn & Garlic or House Rub
1/2 c. Texas on the Plate Soppin' Sauce
• Green Chile Mayo:
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. H-E-B That Green Sauce
Mix beef, Soppin' Sauce & Adams Rub together in a bowl. Form meat into patties.
Cook burgers in pan (inside) or grill (outside) 5-7 minutes per side. Baste with additiona
l Soppin' Sauce while cooking.
Mix mayonnaise and green sauce. Top burgers with mayo mixture and serve with your favorite
