Strawberry Patch Sandwiches

4 c. fresh kale greens

1 tsp. garlic powder

8 Itsy Bitsy Pockets

3 oz. H-E-B Traditional Fresh Goat Cheese

2 c. fresh strawberries, chopped


Preheat oven to 200°F.
Spread kale in a single layer on a large baking sheet, season with garlic powder.
Bake 45 minutes or until crunchy. Salt to taste. Set aside.
Toast Itsy Bitsy Pockets. Spread goat cheese inside pockets, fill with 1 tablespoon kale c
hips and 1/4 cup strawberries. Serve.
