2 lb. boneless skinless chicken tenders, cut into 1 inch cubes
2 c. low-fat mayonnaise
2 H-E-B Tough & Easy Slider Bags, gallon size
1 bag (13 oz.) H-E-B Nacho Cheese Chips, crushed
Preheat oven to 400°F. Line large baking sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray.
Combine chicken and mayonnaise in one bag. Seal and turn until mayonnaise coats
In second bag, crush chips using a rolling pin. Add chicken, seal bag and turn 3 times unt
il chicken is covered with chips.
Place chicken on prepared baking sheet. Bake uncovered 10 minutes or until chicken is cook
ed through and juices run clear.
