Tilapia Stir-Fry with Green Beans
1 pkg. H-E-B Steamable Rice, variety of your choice
1 pkg. frozen H-E-B Select Extra Fine Whole Green Beans
1 lb. fresh Tilapia Fillets
2 tsp. peanut and sesame oil
1/4 c. Teriyaki, Hoisin or Peanut Satay Sauce
1 Tbsp. sesame seeds
Heat rice in bag according to package directions; set aside. Heat green beans according to
package directions; pat dry.
Cut fish crosswise into 1-inch thick slices. Place peanut and sesame oil in large skillet
or wok over medium-high heat 3 or 4 minutes until very hot but not smoking. Add fish and s
tir-fry 2 minutes or until almost done.
Add green beans; stir-fry 2 more minutes or until fish is done.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve over rice.
