1 1/2 - 2 lb. H-E-B Natural Angus Beef Skirt Steak
1 c. Cookwell & Co. Pecos 83 BBQ Marinade
3 Tbsp. Adams Reserve Southwest, Val Verde or Smoked Hickory Rub
2 limes, for juice, halved
• H-E-B Flour Tortillas, variety of your choice
• suggested toppings: fresh pico de gallo, guacamole and shredded cheese
Lay beef on a baking sheet or clean surface. Drizzle Pecos 83 Marinade over beef. Let stan
d 15 or 20 minutes.
Shake beef to remove excess marinade and season with Adams Reserve Rub of your choice.
Grill beef according to time and temperature directions on package; cook to desired degree
of doneness. Remove from grill and squeeze fresh limes over beef; set aside 5 minutes.
