2 lb. ground chicken
1/2 c. onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, diced
2 c. H-E-B Ready, Fresh, Go! Spinach, chopped
1 can H-E-B Diced Tomatoes
1 tsp. cumin

Heat a heavy bottom skillet over medium high heat 3 minutes. Add oil, ground chicken, onio
n and garlic. Cook 5 minutes or until chicken is brown and crumbly.
Add spinach, tomatoes, cumin and 1/2 cup water. Bring to boil, reduce heat to medium and s
immer 15 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
