1 ( 1 1/2 lb.) fresh Sockeye Salmon Fillet

2 Tbsp. Central Market Organics Lemon Infused Olive Oil

1/2 tsp. fresh cracked black pepper

1/4 c. H-E-B Raspberry Chipotle Marinade


Heat charcoal or gas grill to 450°F. Set grilling mesh on foil-lined baking sheet, spr
ay with non-stick spray, arrange salmon fillet on top, skin side down.
Brush fillet with lemon olive oil, season with fresh cracked black pepper.
Place grilling mesh with fillet on grill, close lid and grill 10 minutes. Brush with raspb
erry chipotle marinade, grill 3 more minutes.
