1 c. H-E-B Dried Blueberries
1 pkg. (8 oz.) H-E-B Fat Free Cream Cheese
2 Tbsp. 0 calorie sweetener or sugar (optional)
32 snacker crackers
1 c. chow mein noodles
Set aside 1/3 cup dried blueberries. Combine cream cheese, remaining blueberries and 0 cal
orie sweetener in a food processor and process to a smooth texture. Cover and refrigerate
until ready to spread on crackers.
Spread 1 Tablespoon cream cheese mixture on 20 crackers. Press 3 chow mein noodles on each
side of cracker for legs. Place two blueberries on top of the cream cheese filling for ey
es. Arrange on a tray and serve.
