1 roll prepared polenta
1 lb. ground beef, pork or Italian sausage
1 tsp. Italian-blend seasoning*
2 c. marinara sauce
1 jar H-E-B Roasted Red Pepper Tapenade
1 c. (or more) H-E-B Shredded Italian-Blend Cheese
Heat oven to 375°F. Coat a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with non-stick spray. Cut polenta c
rosswise into slices; lay slices over bottom of prepared baking dish.
Cook ground meat with Italian seasoning* in a large, non-stick skillet over medium-high he
at until well-browned. Add marinara sauce and tapenade; season to taste.
Pour mixture into baking dish over polenta; top with cheese. Bake 20 to 30 minutes or unti
l hot and bubbly. Serve with a crisp green salad.
