8 c. shredded green cabbage
3 medium carrots, grated
1 1/2 c. H-E-B Ready, Fresh Go! Pico de Gallo
1/4 c. H-E-B Olive Oil
1/3 c. fresh lime juice
• salt & pepper
2 c. H-E-B Corn Chips
Thin slice cabbage with a sharp knife. Use Cocinaware Tower Grater to grate carrots.
Combine cabbage, carrots and pico de gallo and set aside in the Cocinaware large bowl.
Combine olive oil and lime juice in Cocinaware small bowl; stir well. Pour dressing over c
abbage mixture and toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Cover salad with plastic wrap and chill for 15 minutes or more. Top salad with corn chips
