High Protein Orange Scoop
3 c. peeled and chopped navel oranges
1 c. H-E-B Vanilla Fat Free Yogurt
1/2 c. vanilla whey protein powder
1/4 c. 0 calorie sweetener or sugar
Place oranges on a foil-lined baking sheet. Cover with plastic wrap, freeze 1 hour or unti
l frozen. Combine frozen oranges, yogurt, protein powder and sugar in food processor bowl.
Process 1 minute or until a smooth texture is reached. Use an
ice cream scoop to serve.
