1 apple, peeled and chopped

1/2 c. H-E-B Dried Raisins or Cranberries
1/2 tsp. Central Market Organics Ground Cinnamon
3 Tbsp. H-E-B Blossom Honey
1 c. Healthy Living Bulk Foods Organic Rolled Oats

Bring water to a boil in a 2-quart saucepan. Add apples, apricots, raisins or cranberries,
cinnamon, and honey. Return to a boil. Stir in oats, return to a boil. Reduce heat to low
