3 c. small cubes (1/4-inch square) seedless watermelon

6 fresh mint leaves, chopped

1 lime, cut into thin wedges

2 mangos, peeled & chopped

1 Tbsp. lime juice

1 Tbsp. H-E-B Lemon Honey


Combine watermelon cubes and mint leaves in bowl. Scoop 2 Tablespoons of melon cube mixtur
e into twelve small glasses or mini cups. Cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate until ready
to use.
Combine chopped mango, lime juice and honey in a blender. Puree 30 seconds or until smooth
. Pour mango sauce in a small bowl, cover. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Add a lime wedge to each mini cup. Drizzle with 1 teaspoon mango sauce. Serve. Fill your m
outh with the watermelon shot and take a bite of the lime wedge to experience an explosion
of fruit flavors!
