1 pkg. (.24 oz.) pizza crust yeast
1 c. warm water (90-110°F)
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 c. H-E-B The Baker's Scoop Bread Flour
3/4 c. H-E-B The Baker's Scoop Whole Wheat Flour
1/2 c. Hill Country Fare Yellow Cornmeal
3 Tbsp. H-E-B Olive Oil
1/2 tsp. salt
Dissolve yeast in warm water with sugar. Set aside 5 minutes.
Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix with hands until dough forms. If to
o sticky, add additional flour 2 Tablespoons at a time. Knead dough on floured surface wit
h your hands 2 minutes.
Spray large bowl with non-stick cooking spray and transfer dough to bowl. Spray top of dou
gh with non-stick cooking spray and cover bowl with plastic wrap. Place in a warm place, a
way from drafts, and let rise 30 minutes.
