2 Tbsp. H-E-B Olive Oil
1 c. chopped H-E-B Ready, Fresh, Go! Onions
1/2 c. chopped H-E-B Ready, Fresh, Go! Bell Pepper
2 H-E-B Ready, Fresh, Go! Garlic Cloves, chopped
1 pkg. (8 oz.) shredded H-E-B Mexican Blend Cheese
Heat oven to 400°F. Spray a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray and
Prepare pasta according to package instructions.
Meanwhile, heat a large skillet over high heat for 2 minutes. Add oil, onions and bell pe
pper; stir-fry over medium heat for 2 minutes. Add garlic and continue to stir-fry for 1
more minute or until onion is golden brown. Add drained pasta and cheese to onion mixture
. Evenly spread the pasta mixture into the prepared baking dish.
Loosely cover with foil and bake for 10-15 minutes. Remove foil and bake 5 more minutes.
