Gluten Free Pasta and Spring Vegetables
1 pkg. (16 oz.) Gluten Free Spaghetti
1 each: red bell pepper, zucchini, carrot, cut into 1-inch match-stick strips or chopped
4 H-E-B Ready, Fresh, Go! Green Onions, chopped
5 Roma tomatoes, seeded and cut into 1-inch cubes
1/4 c. chopped basil
1/2 c. Hill Country Fare Italian Salad Dressing, fat free

Cook pasta according to package directions.
While pasta is cooking, combine bell pepper, zucchini, carrot, onions, tomatoes, basil and
salad dressing in a large salad bowl; toss to coat. When pasta is cooked, drain thorough
ly and add to vegetable mixture. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Toss pasta and veg
etable mixture to combine.
