Gluten Free Garden Picnic Salad
1 pkg. (16 oz.) DeBoles Gluten Free Spirals
1 lb. frozen H-E-B French Green Beans
1/2 c. H-E-B Italian Vinaigrette
1 red bell pepper, seeded and chopped
3 carrots, peeled and shredded
1 small red onion, thin sliced
Cook gluten free pasta according to package directions. Prepare green beans according to p
ackage directions. Drain and rinse pasta and green beans and place both in a large salad
bowl. Add Italian vinaigrette to pasta mixture and toss to coat.
Add red bell pepper, carrots and red onion to pasta mixture; toss ingredients to combine.
Cover salad with plastic wrap and chill for 15 minutes or more.
